How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to ship all orders on the next business working day. During busy periods it’s extended to 2 business working days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
3-5 working days for standard UK delivery, and 6-12 days for deliveries outside of the UK. For more information regarding general shipping and international shipping please refer to our delivery page.

Am I able to amend or cancel an order after I have placed it?
Yes, we’re more than happy to amend (or cancel) your order if it has not been shipped out already. Please email us with details and we’ll make the necessary changes.

Can I track my order?
If you’re UK based then unfortunately, we’re not able to provide a tracking number on standard deliveries as Royal mail do not offer this. For all deliveries shipped outside of the UK – we’ll provide a tracking number upon request.

Where is my order?

If you’re UK based/do not receive your order within 3-5 days -please give it an extra few days before contacting us via email.

If you live outside of the UK/do not receive your order within 6-12 days please contact us and we can provide you with a tracking number.

What course of action should I take if my order arrives damaged?
If any of your items arrive damaged or you’re missing any items – please let us know as soon as possible via email. For any damaged items - we’ll need you to provide an image of the damaged area and send it to us via email, and for missing items - we’ll work with the delivery company to track the missing items down.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, off course. We welcome all new suppliers who wish to stock our products. Please send us an email via our contact page with details regarding your interest, your store details, your location and we’ll get straight back to you.

How Do I Arrange an Exchange?
To request an exchange please contact us via email with your full name, contact telephone number, proof of purchase and information regarding the item you’d
like to exchange. If the exchange item is available, we’ll happily exchange your item for you. Please note that postage will be charged at the standard deliver charge of £3.95. We’ll refund any outstanding balance if the exchange item is less than what you originally purchased. If the exchange item is more, we’ll need to take the payment for this and then we’ll send out your new item.

How Do I Return My Items?
Drop us an email with your full name and contact number, and we’ll send you the return address. Fill in the return form which can be found on the reverse side of the delivery note that came enclosed in your parcel. Please send your items back to the return address with your return form inside.
